SYNEO Bolsters Medical Device ACCU-BLAST Equipment Capabilities Florida-based medical manufacturing company unveils upgrades to its CRS100 microblasting system
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – October 09, 2018 – SYNEO, a leader in developing precision tooling and automation services for the medical manufacturing industry, announced today the redesign and upgrade of its ACCU-BLAST, automated microblasting equipment line.
With the recently designed upgrades to the ACCU-BLAST CRS100, SYNEO has increased the robustness and maintainability of this system. The CRS100 now features a Comco AccuFlo micro-abrasive blaster, newly designed internal Pinch Roll Feeders (PRF), and in-line inspection options. The system includes integrated outside diameter (OD) measurement and average roughness (Ra) surface measurement, Pass/Fail binning, fully programmable application recipes, and made-to-order tooling to handle a range of diameters, patterns, and inspection criteria for wire ablation and surface roughening applications.
“This system exemplifies several advantages that SYNEO can bring to our customers.” said Crew Feighery, SYNEO VP of Business Development. “In an environment where customers look to automate manual feeding processes while improving application resolution and quality inspection outcomes, SYNEO’s ability to leverage its feeding, inspection and control technology can greatly improve the chances of success.”
